Not reliable, asks customers to pre-pay for rides and doesn’t pay their bills.
This company is a piece of work! First they forget to pick us up for our flight to Miami, where we were going to go on a cruise and had time constraints for getting onboard! If we missed our flight then we missed the cruise too! We should have been given a refund same day or at least next day, but now it’s been 10 days and still no refund! Now Bruno states he put the refund in, supposedly as of yesterday, (9 days too late) and doesn’t want anymore texts or calls on this matter! Have used this company several times always showed up late but was there. This time did not show up and we almost missed our flight. Have waited over a week for a refund and still have not received it. Worst service we have every experienced
Just used Greyline for R/T from Trumbull to JFK. Very goo service, courteous knowledgeable drivers, on time and very nice cars Mercedes and Cadillac Escalade . We will use them again HS Trumbull
