The policies of your company is ludacris and not at all based on the need of your customers. Cancelling.or rescheduling is non existent, if there is an emergency and you can not do so 15 minutes prior to departure time. You lose your money and greedhound , oops Greyhound benefits an ungodly amount of money due to this policy, and the customer is basically the one that is at loss and unless you have money to pay for another ticket then you are going to be stranded and they don't care about any assistance with rescheduling or ... read more

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever had the miss pleasure of dealing with. The bus was late picking up my son so therefor he missed the connecting bus in Dallas to Houston. His phone had broke on the way down so he had none. They did nothing to inform him of what he needed to do. They just told him to get out or buy another ticket. ZERO. STARS. Left my 23 y.o. out in fridig temps, all afternoon Christmas Eve on a bus that NEVER showed! Schedule for Burlington VT at 11am, changed 3 or more times (delayed) until 2:01 1 when the website never updated again. Last update showed bus arriving at 4:01. Never came, called 3 different locals to track bus..... Montpelier, Boston, and the toll-free number, NOBODY ANSWERED.
