The staff is rude , the buses are always late.. Their buses are dirty, the out lets dont work , the air conditioning never works, their out dated . Theirs hardly enough seatings, They have you standing for an hour when their buses are always late. They dont let you know when they'll arrive till after an hour . They dont reimburse you your money. Never have I ever dealt with a company so inconsiderate during a time of need! We purchased a ticket online to bring my brother home for my dad's funeral and the ticket agent refused to let him board because the ticket wasn't printed! It was bought as "will call" but somehow got changed in the system! The ticket agent "Americo" was so rude and inconsiderate dealing w our situation that my brother, a grown man, was in tears!
