Driver extremely rude on arrival this morning from Cincinnati. I’ve never picked up anyone before . I politely asked upon arrival, excuse me where is this bus from.” She was very rude and went off on me.

Needs more vending machines. It does have a speedway you can walk to but that's hard to do with heavy luggage and you're traveling alone.
For it to be the day before Thanksgiving it was good. Had 2 buses and helped me since I am disabled.
Bus broke down my niece was supposed to be stranded for almost 24 hours or else she would have had to ride for another 24 hours...no offer of accommodations or food..we decided to drive the 267 miles to rescue her..a lot of crap to go thru to get a refund..ticket was bought several MONTHS IN ADVANCE
