Terrible. A bunch of drug addicts. The place is run down. No public restrooms unless you walk to the next street. Greyhound lines could do a lot better to have a more safer environment

The Greyhound station moved to the benches for the city buses on Nailers Wy. Bus was on time and had no problems

One Hour late and counting. Will update on arrival, last posted stop puts it atleast three hours behind schedule. Even though it claims it's on time. Inexcusable behavior from what is supposed to be a major company. Shameful. I feel bad for people needing to make connections or other stops on time.

This company used to be reliable, but not anymore. I spent nearly $100 dollars for a round trip to Wheeling to Columbus. They cancelled both buses I was supposed to take, and due to timing, there was absolutely no way I could reschedule for the other times they gave me, which would both be a day later. They didn't even give me an update about the second bus being cancelled. Waste of money and the customer service is absolute garbage. I have a small claim since April, downtown Wheeling 7-11 did not give me the correct service, I couldn't get on the bus!!! I went to ChaplineStreet the same day and filed for my money back $154.45 , I have a hearing 8 -28 -2023!!!
