My grandfather bought a ticket to leave at 3:50 am. The clerk was nice and all but told us clearly we needed to arrive at 3:30. We got to the bus station at 3:15 am. It is now 4:28 am. And still no signs of the bus. How are we supposed to know the bus is delayed or what not? Like I said the clerk was nice and very attentive but to wait an hour in the cold is unacceptable.
