The woman behind the counter is completely clueless and incompetent. She refused to allow me to check my suitcase because I did not buy the ticket at that station, and what she looked up on her computer was beyond her ability to comprehend. I also had to tell her at least six times I did not have a round-trip ticket.
the workers are rude they don't know where my bus is I'm missing a funeral the bathrooms are does and I've been offered meth inside the stations at least seven times! also someone passed out and they did nothing for several minutes
Excellent transportation for out of town trips. Excellent service!!! Took one from Titusville, FL to Boynton Beach, FL no Problems!! Will take them again my next trip!
