it was clean alot cleaner then the last one
so I was in New Orleans and my bus was 2 hours late then when I got to Dallas Texas my bus was supposed to arrive at 12:30 am they said the bus would be a half-hour late then at 1am they said to line up because the bus would be there in15 minutes we waited in line for an hour still no bus and no one to tell us what was going on finally at 2 am the bus arrived and at 2:30 we left
So, my guys were supposed to arrive in New Orleans at 350pm eastern time. At 6pm eastern time I was picking them up in Pensacola, FL. When I called the helpdesk at 530pm to find out when the bus would be arriving in Pensacola, I was told the bus had arrived in New Orleans as scheduled. That was B.S. because my guys were still on the bus on Florida.
I think Greyhound is the most worthless way to travel ever. They tell you you're going to get there in 30 hours and instead you get there in 72 hours they need to get their s*** together

Closed between 7pm and 10pm weekdays - pretty lame. Weekday evening bus leave at 10:45p so be prepared to wait in a dark parking lot
You’d think they would up the quality to keep customers!!!
