I am completely concerned on the company that bought Greyhound out. My son bought a bus ticket from Lansing Michigan to Memphis Tennessee. The bus is picking people up at the truck stop on Grand River cause it is on the exit. Two days in a row the bus DID NOT STOP TO PICK UP THE PEOPLE WAITING. Then when you call to get your ticket renewed they refuse to help you tell you the driver is on the road it is horrible.
