Had a shipment come there and sit for few extra days, I was out of town, so storage fees were due, totally fine.. I got a carrier to go out and get it, paid $52 for that but they would not take a payment over the phone for a $20 dollar fee. I was out of town and couldn't pay either in person. They are impossible to reach, called corporate they tried calling them to get a payment amount so I can pay them and they couldn't get a hold of them.
