bus broke down stuck in freezing bus for 45 min. took 5 hrs to get us a new bus once they got us moved to a safe location. lost my luggage. had to buy new clothes. not a good experience

They over sold the bus, and now they won’t give me a refund. The crooked eye owner guy was a complete moron. I would never recommend greyhound to anyone ever. You would have better luck walking. They pretty much stole $313 from me now I can’t seem to get it back.
Buenos choferes .pero la calidad de los autobuses muy mala los asientos 💺 no sirven muy viejos te cientas y parece que vas para el suelo todos quebrados y rotos un viaje de 45 horas pasaron a ser de 50 pagas un boleto para un autobús express y para en todos lados.deberian arreglarlos para mejor comodidad de los pasajeros que nos gusta viajar en autobús
