The worst travel experience and worst services EVER!! They lost all of our luggage and the driver said she took it off at another station and showed no concern about leaving them. I filed a claim and it's now been 3 months, no luggage and no compensation. Oh not to mention they found the luggage but sent them to Texas when I clearly live in miami smh. Still waiting...... never ever again!!!
