Had three guys try to sell me crack in 20 mins
sucks! am stranded here sleeping on the dirty tiles with roaches all around me. all busses cancelled due to hurricane Micheal and they are not helpful at all. starving and cold and tired. this is he'll.

30 minutes ago I'm current at the bus station right now because the bus has a 30 minute overlay. This is my 1st time coming here & it smells awful 😷🤢🤮😡 It's feels like you are trapped inside of a sewer. This is truly the worst part of my trip back to Tennessee 😫 They charge way too much for us to be uncomfortable when we have stand or sit inside these smelly a** stations 😡 The worse 30 minutes of my life
June 13 & 18 was the worst experience. June 13...the bus arrived 1 hr. late. I missed my ATL flight. June 18, I had no driver... So, my bus was 1 1/2 late & got put a bus that had a reg. route(I was an express route) & my bus driver gets t lost which resulted in a 2 1/2 hrs. delay. Customer service is worse!!! They kept me on hold for 20-40mins. to tell me that they can't refund me for that horrible trip!!! I will always tell everyone my horrible experience!

I wish I could give negative five stars. If I take the time to leave a review, just know somebody seriously messed up, & it just so happens that it’s been multiple times. I’ve had it. I will never ride greyhound again. They will leave you stranded for hours. This one agent in Salt Lake City was a complete male genital. They give you crap service but hate to refund your money. 90% of the outlets don’t work. Good luck having WiFi on your bus. Good luck getting any freaking where on time. We paid for a trip to be 1 day for my grand-daughter to come home. They over booked the buses and she got stuck 3 times making it more then 2 days. She had longer lay overs like 4 or 5 hours , then an 8 hour layover in Atlanta Georgia. We decided to go pick her up there. The company was willing to give us trip vouchers for future use, but will give a partial refund because it wasn't really their fault. We would never use them again for anything.
