It was easy and convenient! The bus terminals are nasty, nothing really good to eat ,so pack a lunch! The driver I had Mr.Reggie White was fantastic made the experience great!
The bus service was fine in Lexington, but when I got to Louisville Greyhound station the service was horrible. I had a three hour layover, the customer service worker needed extra help due to so many delays, and when I finally boarded the bus it was to crowded. I'm not sure if I will ever take the greyhound bus service again.
