They left my wife stranded 300 miles from home and acted like they didnt even care. I had to drive 5 hours to get her home. We will never use greyhound bus again.
It's a very clean bus station. You can still purchase a 🚌 ticket with the help of the staff which they print you a copy of the ticket. When I took my trip to Ontario last week, the bus driver was courteous and helpful to the passengers getting their stuff into the compartments.

Clean and clerk answered our questions. No line. Bus was ontime and bus driver was helpful. I was concerned about my 65yo wife before speaking with the driver. After talking with him for 5 minutes I was much more at ease. Thanks.
