So I paid extra for a seat at the front. I have mobility issues due to titanium pins in my knee and the front row has just slightly more room which helps the trip not be constant agony. I get an email after I am already 20ish hours into my trip that I don't get that seat anymore. The email says some bs about how it might have been switched 5i make arrangements for another passenger.
