the drivers not educated enough to complete pretrip inspection
the worst experience of my life the bus is filthy the agents are rude they cancel the route and they leave you stranded or they booked you an alternative route which takes three days they don't pay for your hotel stay when you have nowhere to go the bus is ripped apart there's no wi-fi there's phone chargers which was marketed as such they basically know that they their market customer are poor people and they don't give two s**** about them it really was vile to be on that bus
clean but security could be a lil better.
Horrible customer service.
