Bought my disabled brother a ticket got to the greyhound office and the bus had been cancelled the employee was too busy to even look up us or even offer to assist. Told us to co e back at a later time. We arrived once again at a later time then were treated horribly because we had not been issued a new ticket. The employee was rude and had no idea what he was doing. We will NEVER use greyhound again.
I bought a bus ticket to go to Topeka Kansas and my bus was 3 hours late it didn’t get me to Topeka until 9pm at night when I was suppose to be there at 5:10pm in Topeka Kansas from Wichita ks. I wasn’t pleased at the service
Well it was on time and my grandson got here safely and he said everything went great so I’m extremely happy and glad we have greyhound as it’s a transportation that is affordable and has been around forever.
I bought a bus ticket from Kansas City Mo to Wichita Ks on June 2. The Greyhound bus was over an hour late and the connecting bus didn't wait. As a result my daugghter and other passengers were dumped in Salina Ks. There is no one to call at Greyhound about this. I had to drive from Wichita to Salina at 6am for a ticket I paid $116.00 for. Please find another way to travel. Greyhound will not honor their tickets.
My first bus was two hours late, I missed my second bus so they put me on a later one. I made it to Wichita Kansas when they told am I had to buy another ticket because the time was wrong on mine (which was their fault for not correcting my ticket when putting me on a new bus), then the last bus driver drove around the block for an hour stopped at a gas station to get him food and a drink, then drove us back to the station and said the bus was out of service.
