One of the nicest, better stations I EVER been to and all the staff there are helpful and friendly. Salem is definitely a great place to travel through; visit!
Just talked to a Greyhound customer service agent about a travel issue and I really would like it if Greyhound hired people that spoke English. English was NOT this guys 1st language. "Greg" in the Philippines sounded like he was half asleep. Your outsourced CS leaves a lot too be desired. Hire people that speak English!
I was traveling alone with a baby, 2hr delay and the staff was extremely rude and my 2nd bus driver ended up yelling at the passengers when we complained about the delay and kept telling them to keep their voices down when complaining. Kept saying it wasn’t a school bus it was a bus for grown ups and that were passengers and we should start acting like it. On top of all that she ended up talking about “our Heavenly Father” which I don’t mind but thought it was unprofessional. Not looking forward to the trip back
