While living here we didn't have too many issues. They were a little slow to getting to our work orders and communication was also slow. The main problem was when we moved out. I was asked for a forwarding address for the security deposit refund, I gave them the forwarding address. It was taking way too long for it to come, so I kept asking for updates. After a rough divorce I found a safe haven here for my kids and me. Stephanie was the best manager. The neighborhood was wonderful. Fast forward almost three years, they've turned over management 4 or more times. The new manager, Alex, is probably the least honest person I've ever met. It's fun!
Since Stephanie left this place has gone downhill fast. Nothing ever gets taken care of there is no community left here. No communication ever. Seriously fallen so far down hill. Maintenance just blows us off and never comes back. And to top it off you keep raising the rent every year by hundreds of dollars.
