Medical staff ARE GREÀT WHEN YOU SEE THEM BUT TRYING TO SEE THEM NOW IS A JOKE I PHONED UP ABOUT A SORE KNEE AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID YOUR DOCTOR CAN CALL YOU ON TUESDAY ITS THURSDAY THE DAY SO HAVING TO GO ALL WEEKEND THINK ITS DISGUSTING.. BEEN AT THAT G.P SURGERY 49 YEARS AND THE LAST 5 YEARS ITS GONE DOWN HILL AT A FAST PACE... Rab Bell
Don't recommend showing up to your appointment on time, you will be waiting for 1 hour or longer past the appointment time
By far the worst doctors anyone could register with, contact regarding mental health issues and get told to call back tomorrow, it's been a week now. Contact regarding my child's mental wellbeing and again told to contact a health visitor to then be told to contact a doctor !! Tried to have my child assessed for over 6 months now and still nothing !! Mention opening a case of medical negligence and they call back with appointments the same day so it just shows they just can't be bothered to deal with patients at all !! Absol... read more
