The worst Admin - Linda. Who actually does not want to help you despite you spent lots of money to buy their property. Linda was rude, racist, talk to me like I don't understand English or 3 years old. Called my name wronly thought she knows everything. I just trying my best to have a nice home and encounter issues. The receptionist here is the most absuive, rude, unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. This is such a shame, considering the tradesmen are lovely. Linda is an absolute piece of work and it seems she should have retired long ago. Greyburn, I suggest you do something about her as she is the first point of contact which is a terrible look on your name - I have now heard from 4 people how she has abused them too. Considering construction as you put it is a “people business”, Linda is definitely not fit for the role.
