Investing with Greybrook since 2014. The Greybrook team is amazing. Love the Investor Portal, love receiving the updates and upcoming projects and love the information communicated especially from the VP of Private Capital, Bruno Wennerstrom. Their returns are not exceptional. They promise the world but don't produce the returns they project. They always project 20% per year for X number of years. Very cookie cutter. The 20% is the carrot to get clients in the door. Many partnerships ask you to commit to 5 to 7 years. The hop is that you forget about the invest and somehow at the end, you will be happy with a 3% return. I would never touch a Greybrook product.
