Did a great job on my 4Runner.
Hi, I took my Lexus RX 350 into Greybeard Automotive for a problem. It had a vibration under load. A mechanic at Greybeard diagnosed it as a failing transaxle and said they would have to pull the entire engine and transmission, 22 hours worth of work! This sounded wrong to me so I took it to Toyota of Bozeman. They found that both front CV joints were loose and leaking. Without a doubt, the most positive and relaxing experience I have had with a mechanic. They finished way ahead of schedule, and sent me an online detailed report of what they saw from top to bottom of my truck, not just my requested issue. I immediately received a phone call where they went over everything in the report with extreme patience and willingness to explain.
