I lost $2,200 trusting Greyback Transmission to rebuild my 1998 Chevy Blazer 4×4. Terrible experience. He doesn't honor his warranty on work performed. I will never trust Greyback Transmission to repair my vehicles. I must now find, buy and have another Transmission installed in my vehicle that Ray supposedly rebuilt and after he rebuilt transmission I only was able to drive it 1500 miles before the transmission was toast.
I'm not a satisfied customer of Greyback Transmission. Sure Ray is friendly guy, but when someone puts their trust and pays a good sum of money ($2,200) for rebuild of automatic transmission, and tells you he warranties his work and says if any problems that he'll make it right, then he should honor his words made to his customer.
