scruzan69's post is a lie – Scruzan69 is a former employee of Grey Wolf Computers, and is in fact the "manager" who lou3d mentioned. He left the company on bad terms, and is trying to draw business away from Grey Wolf in the hopes that he can create some business for the computer shop he is currently trying to start out of his house. Same bad experience – I aslo took my pc to this company on recommendations. My internet was slow and I had popups. I figured it was due to spyware/adware, but didn't want to take on the cleaning process myself figuring it wouldn't cost too much to have it done "professionally". I called ahead and was told they would do an evaluation for $45 and would contact me afterwards to explain what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. a fluke?? they totally shafted me – My original review (8/25/06) was deleted by accident. Synopsis: Was highly recommended by friends.Brought in a slow-moving, pop-up ridden computer. Was quoted $75.00 to diagnose and remove viruses/malware/spyware. Was told the viruses, etc were removed but there were problems with my OS and repairs were recommended.
