After an unfortunate experience with the management at my first suite building, I decided to meet with Drew to tour Grey Pointe. Both locations are stunning, well maintained and CLEAN. Drew immediately put me at ease and made my decision to move to the Runnemede location an easy one. I love having a window that I can open for fresh air and to have natural light coming in.

I’ve been renting here since the very beginning and have consistently had a wonderful experience. My business, Olistico Organic Studio, has grown and thrived in this space. The landlord is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed, which makes being a tenant a pleasure.
