I’m convinced that young lady at the front desk with the ugly highlights is incapable of empathy and human emotion. I asked her if i could just go see my dad who had been rushed in by ems in bad condition. i didn’t see a line for visitors so i did not stand in line, this was an honest mistake. I arrived at this hospital with my mother at approximately 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, our experience here has been quite disheartening. Although we were fortunate to have the ECG and blood tests completed within the first 1.5 hours, we have now been waiting patiently for a doctor to provide us with the results for over 5 hours. During this time, we have been moved to another section of the hospital. the worst attitude of the staff to people that I have ever seen. and with a broken leg, wait 8 hours the first day and wait almost as long the next day for the doctor to come!
I came to emery from upstair because i got health issues. I was having fresh red bleeding. Me and another pt came together but on triage one nurse gave them faver because another co nurse’ family member. They were called by a nurse with in 40 minutes. When i asked after 4 hours waiting time how long it will take than next shift nurse said i have no idea how long still 7 patients ahead you. Where is equality? Its just faver for besties.
