I feel very well looked after at this practice. I have often needed help to navigate the portal and help has always been at hand. Dr Jana is lovely and so supportive. I feel validated and optimistic moving forward.
Left a message and then after a few weeks, an email. No response to either. Really disappointing for obvious reasons given the type of business
Absolute top job by the team at Grey Matter Psychiatry. They were able to get me in quickly, their service was absolutely outstanding and i cannot recommend them enough. I made contact with 37 practices and Grey Matter were in the top 5 to get back to me. From there, it was easy and smooth sailing. Dr Carmen is outstanding. The staff on reception have been very quick in replying to random emails that i have sent, on multiple different days. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Much appreciated.
