I stayed at Grey Hackle for a couple of nights. I used it as a base for kayak fishing the beautiful lakes in the area. Super clean and comfortable little cabin. #6 has no fireplace, but I didn't want a fireplace. The couple that own and run Grey Hackle are so friendly and helpful with everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a clean and comfortable little cabin that is close to everything on the rim. Gray Hackle has some really great cabins for a relaxing vacation in Christopher Creek. Great location nestled in the pines. Great communication from the staff.
Lodge is nice but the big cabin has no locks on the bathroom door, not good for those of us who are privacy conscious. Would not recommend.
Booked a weekend getaway everything was so smooth with the booking process. All of the amenities were amazing. All the upgrades on the cabins look fantastic and the new owners are on top of taking care of you as a consumer. Would 10 out 10 recommend booking your next getaway to these cabins.
Very cute place. The outside was decorated for the holidays. You can definitely tell there was love and time out into it. The inside was super spacious and well equipped. Cooking utensils like pot, pan, oil, plates, cups, and ect. Plenty of blankets and they even left some activities for the kids to do. Everything was great except for the for the cleaning part.
