This INSTANTLY became my favorite gym. I was visiting for a week and the 6 am class took me in as if I was family from day one. I felt so included in the community. I was more sad to go back home because I had to leave this gym than I was to leave my actual family! On top of this, the coaches are top notch. I’ve been attending CrossFit for over 3 years & I mean it when I say, Grey Group Fitness is hands down the best gym in Brentwood, Ca. The owner, Eric is an awesome dude. Very friendly and super knowledgeable! His coaching staff are super rad and not just have the experience but the knowledge to run classes very well! Super friendly coaches and very supportive members. I stopped in for 2 workouts while traveling on business. Everyone was so friendly. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, they are very accommodating and encouraging. I’m so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried out this location.
