This place is horrible if I could give less stars I will. The owner is very rude and egoistic gives you an off vibe I would never go here again I feel he’s racist toward certain races.

On the road 12-6-24 traveling through Brentwood CA ( NorCal). Emailed the gym to ask about a drop in, they replied quickly and got me hooked up. They use the Mind Body app. The gym is not large, but the space is efficiently used, and clean. 9 in the group had plenty of room. Solid plan and format for workout, coaches were knowledgeable and fun. Group was a riot, we all laughed and cried in pain together. I had a good time and great workout.

Amazing people and supportive environment! Functional training for all ages as I started going to this gym at 16 and have grown and learned so much from the coaches at Grey Group Fitness. All you have to do is show up and the results will see themselves!

Awesome Gym! I have been here for years and am loving it! Excellent vibe, amazing coaches, rad people! My daughter and I try to get in 4 days a week!
