Believe it or not go east or west grey and grey are the best they always did right things at right time not only won my case also got proper treatment.
Been waiting 6 months for a response from a grey and grey, been calling and they have yet to update me with any new information on my case! Couple of days ago I talk to a receptionist about a form that was sent from my doctor and she tells me that the board is “making their decision”... convo goes on then she goes checks the form again for the insurance. She says “I have to resent the form again because Special funds no longer exist” 6 MONTHS LATER, YOU INFORM ME THAT THE INSURANCE DO NOT EXIST? I explained to her with frust... read more
