i have waited three hours for a doctors note, two teenagers walked in and because they knew the receptionist they were in right away? weird

The receptionist are extremely rude , wish I could find a different office
the receptionist who was working on saturday august 16, 2025 was wonderful. she guided me saying i can call in couple days to check which ent i am referred to! so i called back today (20 august 2025) and she was super rude the one whom i talked today. she doesnt know how to talk with patients or customers.
Girl at the front desk was very ignorant!!! Not polite at all!!!
