Horrible!!! It’s a family doctor clinic not a walk in! If you bring a screaming two year old you’re the idiot! You will wait for 2 hours while they prioritize appointments.
This walk-in clinic makes me truly want the government to privatize the Canadian healthcare system. Disorganized, rude and receptionists who only care about TikTok's or whatever social media reels are happening on their phones. People in line waited some seniors who had appointments, as the staff passed their phones around, laughing. Had a family doctor in this clinic that only would give me pills for my issue and not try and figure out what my problem is. Good thing I had a good physiotherapist to get actual help. Also this doctor would yell at me for using google to assist with what my problem was.
The wait time is insane.
Had a great experience at this walk in and was happy to see a doctor from the west Brant walk in They are very efficient and the wait times are very reasonable
