I’ve had good experiences in the past getting seen, but I am immunocompromised. I cannot pack myself like a sardine in a waiting room full of other sick people. I get it, there’s a shortage of healthcare professionals, but some consideration for the immunocompromised would go a long way.
They had two patients and the Wait time is so long more than an hour
Went for a tb test on Friday. The nurse was incredibly helpful. Explained the process which i was unaware A short window of time I was very stressed at the time. She was able to suggest another brantford clinic to have my results checked on sunday It made my day- a great relief at the time. Many thanks.
Sam and his friends are great they are always ready to help. They also have a lot of patience I was waiting for my prescription and was watching a Kevin giving them a hard time just because they handled him with patience, respect and ease. Good job guys.
