Dr. Ban is awesome! She listens, explains and cares a lot, making you feel seen and already better! Too bad that she does not accept new patients! I wish her personal and professional best!

Her attitude is unprofessional and disrespectful, and it makes patients feel unwelcome. A receptionist should be approachable and supportive, not rude. This needs to be addressed by management immediately."
