I purchased a new LIV giant advanced to ride in Cleveland OH at Tri age group Nationals and on group rides I LOVE it — with Heidi Lynn and Rick Robinson.
The best shop in the area, no doubt. Service is excellent and they know about all kinds of bikes. Mountain, cyclocross, gravel, road, hybrids, and town bikes. Also, Grey Ghost has the best, most comprehensive, and most experienced bike fitter in this part of the country.
Great staff and amazing service! I travel there from Saratoga even though I have closer options because they are so good.
