Terribly disorganized staff, lack of attention and care. Used to love this place because it was a calm and quiet environment but they have been dropping the ball repeatedly. I've received internal staff emails accidentally, my name not just misspelled but a totally different first and last name on file, given a bag full of documents & records (personal information, receipts etc.) we realized belonged to another client when we got home, appointments being made that they suddenly have no record of when we arrive - we had to pr... read more
Grey Cove has been such a special place for me. The staff has gone above and beyond, making every visit a lot less stressful for me and my cats. They show a tremendous amount of care, professionalism, and love for their furry patients. I can’t thank the team members here enough for everything they have done and keep doing to keep my cat family happy and healthy 🥰
The staff is absolutely wonderful but the owner could use a tune up.
