My truck never had an oil leak! until they worked on the oil pump they say it’s not from there work but coming directly from the location they worked on! Then they wanted $1500 for them to fix the leak! They clearly don’t care about there customers!
This is just so aggravating and confusing. I own a BrightDrop electric Chevy van. When I use the app or the web to find a dealer to do a service on it this dealer, Gilchrist comes up in Port Orchard, so assuming Chevy and the dealer know thier stuff I schedule an appointment, upon arriving I’m told “we don’t service BrightDrops” so I double check all my information and nothing says you don’t, including when you schedule on line you select your exact vehicle .
