All the staff at the Port Orchard chevy dealership were great and provided excellent customer service.
They did good service on my silverado
We spent $8-10k on a warranty and went 2.5 years without needing to use it. Got a small chip on our windshield and it took me 3 days of calling the dealership - to be able to reach someone who could see if the warranty covered chip repairs & then to get an appointment scheduled. We were told it would only take 30 mins or less. Our appointment was scheduled at 10am and the repair guy didn’t start drilling onto our car until 11am.
