I'm from out of province, visiting FEC, and recently went to Brightshores. I expected a wait and waited three hours before Dr Adnan and his team saw me. I found his bedside manner respectful, compassionate and professional, and the team was also courteous and professional. My only suggestion is to ensure the credit card vending machines are fully stocked with bottled water and that the cash vending machines have change available if needed.

Nurses, PSW's all medical staff are wonderful. Except for the emergency department doctors. The Drs don't have any bedside manner. It's almost like you are pestering the Doctors by just needing medical care.

I am a senior. I don’t have a doctor. I Spent 3 hours in the waiting room yesterday. When I finally got to see a young female doctor. She refused to give me a refill of two of my 4 Medications (the 2 are HRT), which I required soon before I ran out and went into withdrawal. She said ‘it was her discretion not to refill because she could not follow up.’ I have had this prescription filled there several times before with no problems.
