I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. Not only did they overcharge me for parts (apparently adding a 30% markup), but they also refused to provide a receipt for the purchases. To make matters worse, they charged me $497 for towing, even though I had already arranged it for $300. I was warned by others not to go here, and unfortunately, I didn’t listen. Lesson learned. I definitely won’t be returning and would advise others to stay away as well. Dishonest practices like this should not be tolerated.
