Dr Grewal is amazing! She's like having a concierge doctor without the upcharge. She keeps track of everything, takes copious notes, is a great diagnostitian and tells it like it is. I love Karen in the office too! She's kind, efficient and takes very good care of the office's patients. I never have a problem getting an appointment (and she normally runs on schedule), prescription refill, results, etc. I love having her as my PCP and all my siblings go to her too!
Marianne at the front desk is very rude and should not be working there. As soon as I mentioned that I had Medicare through Fidelis, she very prejudice. It was impossible to even ask a question or inquire on an appointment without her cutting me off. If the front desk is this rude and prejudice, imagine the doctor.
Office staff is great attentive and compassionate! Dr. Neena Grewal Excellent doctor and very thorough. Listens to you and tells you what you need to hear.
