***Update 6/26: they called and said they would refund me, if I took down my review. Also claimed their paperwork shows I needed a new auxiliary battery. Yet, failed to mention that to me and failed to put it on the list of repairs. Probably because it was my cheapest option. I went in for a transmission light. They knew that and gave me a list of transmission repairs that I "needed". I didn't need fooled. I needed honesty. Maybe if mechanics were honest, you'd have better luck. Its not all about money. Went in for a diagnostic due to a service transmission and check engine light. They threw me a $5,000+ est for repairs. Got a second opinion elsewhere. Their diagnostic said I needed a new auxiliary battery. Free diagnostic with my $187 service charge. I should be refunded my $154 diagnostic charge from Greve. Considering they tried to gouge two months of my income. Scam artists like you should be embarrassed to be called "mechanics". ABSOLUTELY Stellar service before during and after the sale. Carson and the whole staff made sure that not only was I happy but there were some minor problems that popped up after I left the dealership. And they were taken care of. Carson and the sales team are top notch. Go get you a ride from these guys and ask for Carson.... BTW I came all the way from Dayton to buy from Greves
Lance was very helpful and considerate! Any questions I asked - he was very knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer he would find out and get back very quickly ! Would definitely work with him again!!!! Need a vehicle ask for Lance!!!
