I know you are in that next place Dr Grevas, and am so sorry I had no way of knowing until now. I want to offer my deepest condolences to your family. You saved my life with the TOS surgery you performed on me in 1990 and I received every bit of ten years relief from that nerve pain. Iv'e thought of you so many times through the years and hope you know you were an uncommon doctor, and an angel sent to all the lives you touched. You will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.
