Called to get an oil change full synthetic from my Chevy Tahoe when I got there, I told him what they said the cost would be ended up $20 less than I was quoted. Plus they checked my filters. My brake cylinder gave me a details and pictures of what needed to be done and my shocks totally appreciated it great company.
Brandon was a very professional service writer.. it was very nice of them to install my oem parts for me at a reasonable labor rate.. usually they can get me an appt within a couple of days.. nice to have a local repair shop you can trust!

I came in for a front suspension quote, but the experience was unprofessional from the start. Brandon, the manager, insisted I was there for an oil change (which I’d just had done two weeks ago) and then ignored me for 10 minutes to take a phone call while I was mid-sentence. They quoted me $4,100 for front/rear suspension and engine mounts, claiming the high price was due to parts being "unavailable" elsewhere in town. I needed help with a tire losing air. They got my car in and the tire repaired right away! I was having a bad day and i was so stressed out, that helped me so much! My day improved starting with this Greulichs! No charge! Wow!
