They were professional, friendly, and nice. However, don’t expect them to honor the prices that are advertised on their website. There was an oil change special being advertised on their website that did not specify whether it was for regular engine or diesel. I asked about the advertisement and showed it to them on their website, and the guy at the desk said oh no, that’s not for diesel. Took my car in for an oil change and a brake service and it turned out that my brakes were fine. Brandon was super transparent on all the things that needed attention and what could wait. Super happy with the work done and the customer service provided
Unprofessional. Greg Nasser is a liar and all of the front desk workers are deceptive as well. Overpriced and when I went to have my car towed to another shop that quoted me a fraction of the work. Which they said this company is notoriously known for doing in the valley. They held my car hostage forcing me to have the work completed there. They said they had already started the work but when I showed up with the new alternator they were working on it then. I filed a complaint with the state and the BBB on this organization.
I just took my car in for an oil change at another place and they told me the work I had done at Greulich's was very under par. I paid 4000 to get engine mounts replaces and the fluids replaced from a coolant leek. They busted my Fuze box now my driver seat won't work. They said at the new place that all my fluids and hoses and clamps were all old. Grrrr
Honest and gets vehicle in right away and fixes the auto correctly as needed.
