I couldn't recommend Greulich's enough! The manager/owner helped me and made sure to look at my car's problem asap and send me on my way. It was a really easy cheap fix and they could have absolutely charged me or lied about it, but didn't because it took a few seconds to fix. I've been to other Greulich's in the past and they are honest as well. They also offer free Uber rides to and from for long fixes.
We were out of town when our radiator blew! Quick to get us in and fixed!

This place was an extremely disappointing experience. Their pricing is outrageously high, and they attempted to charge me over $600 in labor just to replace a radiator cap, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, they tried to upsell additional repairs and services that were unnecessary. What made the experience even worse was the customer service.
