I am so impressed with this repair shop! They were incredibly patient and accommodating with my 72 year old mother, fitting her in on a busy Friday afternoon to make sure her van wasn’t in danger of overheating over the weekend until they could fit her in for a full appointment on Monday. No costly and unnecessary work was suggested and the price for the work they did do was very reasonable. Great job with very little wait time.
I brought my truck in for an alignment, which I have always had bad experiences with in the past. It was an excellent customer service experience. Joey's professionalism and understanding made this experience even better. They thoroughly investigate the issue to identify the root cause and address it. Not to mention, I felt comfortable in the waiting area while working remotely. I highly recommend this location.
Great service as usual! Had a major radiator leak, but Greulichs fixed it and jeep runs very good now. Thanks so much Greulichs!
