I do not recommend this insurance agency for any policy. They will not communicate with you and lie through their teeth and say well, I’ve emailed you. Pick up a phone and call if you have an issue don’t assume people check their emails every day. They are not on your side to find the cheapest rates it’s actually the other way around. We love working with Gretna Insurance Agency, they made it really easy to get set up with good insurance coverage that met our needs for a low price. They were super responsive and we were able to get everything set up quickly. We are able to work with Jay for both our insurance and financial planning needs. We have had a great experience and feel like we can really trust that we are making finically wise decisions.
Jeff, Jennifer & the rest of the staff have been a tremendous help in answering questions & handling our insurance needs. We saved a fair amount in our annual premiums when we switched to Gretna Insurance several years ago. I have already recommended them to several friends & they are also happy with this professional & friendly group of people. Also we are snow birds & Jeff was able to insure our Arizona house & convertible with ease.
I had been on an automatic renewal for my home and auto with one of the big name carriers and saw a significant increase to my rates after a few years. Julie was very quick in finding the right coverage for me at much more competitive pricing! I would highly recommend Gretna Insurance Agency to anyone, they have access to many carriers and can find the right fit for any home/auto owner!
Big mistake by thinking that changing insurance agency to a small business agency I was gonna have a better service and communication. I try to get something resolved but the agent (Julie) told me to go back to my original insurance company. So disappointed for a small business owner like myself who take costumers service as a priority.
