I don’t know what some of these poor reviews are for, so I felt it necessary to leave one based on my experience. I see Amanda Rauh, APRN and she is absolutely lovely. She is kind, accommodating and listens. I’ve had plenty of mental health issues this year as far as anxiety and depression goes. When Dr. Rauh has been out, I have seen Kathy Archer, as well as Lynn Kocian, both have treated me as their own patient. When I call the nurse line, the nurses always get back to me within a day. Not a great office whatsoever. Very rude answering service at the office and when they are closed. Will literally hang up on you. Getting scripts refilled is absolutely a pain. You have to call in every month, hope they got your message and wait one or two days to get it filled from the pharmacy or have to call back to follow up. They get an attitude when asking them about returning calls and say “that’s not typical practice or we don’t normally return calls for that”.. really? Been going here for 10 years even tho it’s a 25 minute drive! Edit: will be switching for a new dr asap. Traumatic accident and terrible care along with a blatant disregard for my health and not returning phone calls. Cool
Very pleased with my experience with Kathy Archer. She took all the time I needed to discuss my concerns, to rushing in and out of room!
