I am very disappointed with the way this office communicates with patients. The doctors order tests, but once you complete them, you are left waiting for days without anyone clearly explaining the results or telling you what the next step is. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but patients are worried about their health and deserve to know what is going on. Ms Williams wished to make a recommendation for surgery without imaging, measurements, or any quantification other than a "feeling". I said that was inappropriate and she became upset. Told me it was and that the door to leave was on the left. Why would a surgeon make a decision like that with out some solid evidence you can show your patient?!?! Why would you get mad for me asking about it? Never let doctors cut on you unless they can answer basic questions without being rude.

I saw Dr. Gretchen Williams for the first time and I'm hooked. She's very personable, down to earth, looks you in the eye, and stops to Iisten! There was actual back and forth conversation about my health! I highly recommend her!!
