I'm an agent in Northern California and needed to get a family home on the market quickly. While I could have represented myself and my family, I knew I needed someone who knew the micro-market and could get us the best price in the shortest amount of time. Gretchen made everything easy, made us a bunch of money, and got it done fast. Highly recommend her for High Country Villas, especially!

Working with Gretchen and her partner Reiley, was truly one of the best and most impactful decisions our family has ever made. Gretchen and Reiley are true professionals with a deep knowledge of the industry and an incredible ability to navigate difficult situations. But what shined more is that they are also exceptional people. It is rare to find people who fight for your best interests with a genuine heart. We are forever grateful for their guidance and couldn't recommend them more.

The time came to consider selling this property- and Gretchen was our #1 choice; with very sound advice ,realistic pricing strategies ,staging and finding real buyers ! The property sold in less than a week, and the Coldwell team with Gretchen’s leadership flawlessly closed in less than 30 Days - that is a re... read more

Gretchen just helped me sell my condo (in just 5 days), so I can now say, first-hand, that if you want someone in your corner who tracks all the details and handles every task with grace and confidence, then she is the one for you. Not only is Gretchen a delight to work with, she is a woman of integrity and always gets the job done!
