She is very unprofessional. She was rude and dismissive of any of my concerns. I did not feel supported or that I left with any plan in place for my concerns.
Be ready to fight a battle every time you’re here. No matter what it is, oh and definitely don’t expect your questions to be answered or to feel cared about it’s an in and out revolving door just to suck your wallet dry. Watch out for errors in billing from not only the office but also the affiliate hospital!! She has always made me feel like the dirt on the floor even when I thought I’d been good. Best advice I’d give pick your battles wisely and be ready for battle when you arrive.
