Not a lot of paperwork which was great. Very nice & friendly staff. Dr. Nitz was friendly & listened to what I was saying without interrupting me. The only thing I found a little odd was having to make my own tests appointment. Not a bother but just odd I'm used to the Dr. making the appointment & calling to tell me when it is. This is better though bc no one knows your schedule like u do so there's no cancelations & rescheduled this way. I highly recommend them.
The appointment was for my mother who is battling dementia. Very caring, listened, engaged us all even taking time to involve mom. Excellent bedside manner while providing quick and competent care.
PA Nintz put me at ease ! Explained my situation and upcoming tests in a way even I could understand. Answered all my questions.
Staff are great and I don’t ever have to wait long to get in. And the Dr knows all my questions about my condition
I have always been treated nice and she takes time to talk to me. Everyone treats me nice
