Found out Gretchen high pressured a good friend of mine when they were in a vulnerable life transition stage. She did questionable things across the interaction and ultimately bullied him into selling when he didn't have to. (Looks like she represented the buyer too!) They should have pursued a formal complaint with the department of real estate however they are too darn nice and let things slide. They believe karma will do its job. Lucky it wasn't me - I would have sued!
